There are four daily operated City Sightseeing Walks in English language:

Explora Munich

When?
Daily at 10:45 am
in summer also at 3:15 pm

Where?
Meeting-point at the fish fountain on Marienplatz

Duration?
aprox. 2,5 hours incl. a break

How much?
The tour is a "Free Tour", the guides work on tips-only basis, pay as you wish - a minimum of 10,- EUR is suggested

Reservation?
Not necessary. Look for the guide with a green umbrella "Free Tour"
Tours run regardless of the wheater conditions.
Groups of more than 8 people are not accepted,

Todo Tours

When?
Daily at 10:30 am

Where?
Meeting-point at the foot of the St.Mary's column on Marienplatz in the middle of the sqare.

Duration?
aprox. 2,5 hours

How much?
The tour is a "Free Tour", the guides work on tips-only basis, pay as you wish (usually at least 10,-- EUR)

Reservation?
Not necessary. Look for the guide with a blue umbrella "Free Tour" at the meeting point.
Tours run regardless of the wheater conditions.
Groups of more than 8 people are not accepted.

Where?
Meeting-point on Marienplatz New Rathaus (New Town Hall) in front of the Tourist Information

Duration?
approx. 2 hours

How much?
20,-- EUR p/p, under 26 years and over 67 years 18,-- EUR, children under 12 years with an adult free

Reservation?
Not necessary. Look for the guide with the Munich Walk Tours T-shirt or the yellow Munich Walk Tours sign and pay directly to the guide. Tours run regardless of the wheater conditions.
Groups must arrange an own date.

Our comment:
A bit more quiet than the free tours, smaller number of participants. Recommended for businessmen and older people.
